How to login to Webmail

Summary

HostMonster Provides 3 different applications to check email through the web. There are two methods you can use to access these webmail applications.


  1. Login Directly Using Your Domain
  2. Login Through Your Hosting Account

Login Directly Using Your Domain

To login directly using your domain go to your domain with /webmail added to the end. So if had the domain example.com, I would go to example.com/webmail.

Alternatively you can add "mail." in front of your domain. So if I had example.com I could go to mail.example.com

If neither /webmail or mail. work with your domain name you can also go to https://login.HostMonster.com/hosting/webmail

  1. Go to one of the login urls explained above.

  2. Enter the Email address you wish to access.
  3. Enter the password for that email address.
  4. Click login.
  5. Choose any one of the webmail applications to check your mail.

Login Through Your Hosting Account

This method of accessing email requires logging into your HostMonster hosting account. It is not as fast as the direct method.

  1. Login to your HostMonster hosting account at https://my.HostMonster.com/cgi-bin/cplogin
  2. Go to the cpanel and find the mail group of Icons, click on Email Accounts.

  3. In the email accounts list find the email address you want to access.
  4. Click the more button next to the email address.

  5. Click the Access Webmail link.

  6. Enter the password for the email address you chose to access and login.
  7. Choose any one of the webmail applications to check your mail.
