Moving contacts and calendars from webmail (Horde, Roundcube & SquirrelMail) to Office 365 is not included in our Professional Email Migration service; however, they can be manually exported and imported.

How can I fix problems with Office 365 and Outlook?

Office 365 requires admins users to set up multi-factor authentication before they can use the account. If customers do not set up their multi-factor authentication within 48 hours, they may be locked out.
