How Do I Renew My Hosting Account

Summary

You can change your renewal settings in your HostMonster Control Panel.



Hosting Renewal Settings

  1. Login to your HostMonster Control Panel.
  2. Click the Account tab.
    Account Tab
  3. Click the Profile button.
    Choose the Profile quicknav
  4. Click the Renewal Options button.
  5. Select your desired renewal setting.
  6. Click Continue to update your setting.

Hosting accounts and domain registrations are separate products. These steps are only for updating your hosting renewal settings. Instructions for updating your domain renewal settings are included below.

Domain Renewal Settings

  1. Login to your HostMonster Control Panel.
  2. Click the Domains tab.
  3. Click the Domain List button.
  4. Click the Domains List quicknav
  5. Select the domain you desire to update.
  6. Click the Renewal Options tab to the right of the Domain List.
  7. Select your desired renewal setting.
  8. Click Save Changes to update your setting.

Domain registrations and hosting accounts are separate products. These steps are only for updating your domain registration renewal settings. Instructions for updating your hosting renewal settings are included above.

Domain Privacy Renewal Settings

  1. Login to your HostMonster Control Panel.
  2. Click the Domains tab.
  3. Click the Domain List button.
  4. Choose the Domain List quicknav
  5. Select the domain you desire to update.
  6. Click the Privacy Options tab to the right of the Domain List.
  7. Select your desired renewal setting.
  8. Click Save Changes to update your setting.

SSL Certificate Renewal Settings

  1. Login to your HostMonster Control Panel.
  2. Click the Addons tab.
  3. Hover your cursor over the SSL Certificate button and click Manage.
  4. Select your desired renewal setting.
  5. Click Save Selection to update your setting.

SiteLock Renewal Settings

  1. Login to your HostMonster Control Panel.
  2. Click the Addons tab.
  3. Hover your cursor over the SiteLock button and click Manage.
  4. Click Set to Renew/Set to Expire button.
  5. Your change will automatically update.

You will need to contact the Billing Department by Chat, Ticket, or Phone ((866) 573-4678 ext. 4) for all other addon products.
