  6. Click the update button.

  • If your new password includes all of the requirements but does not reach 50% on the strength scale, try adding an additional special character.
  • Do not use any foreign characters. Our system will not accept them as valid.
  • If you are having trouble coming up with an acceptable password, click on “Password Generator” and the system will create one for you.
  • Our password-reset system does not always work with Internet Explorer. If your new password meets all requirements, but you are not redirected to the login page when you click Create, then it is unlikely your password has been updated. Try using another browser such as Firefox or Chrome.
  • If you are unable to login with the new password, make sure you are using a valid username. You can use any domain name assigned to your account (e.g., or the username that was created when you signed up (e.g. yourdom1). An email address is not a valid username. If you do not know your username, look in the welcome email that was sent to you upon initial registration.
  • We recommend that you clear your browser’s cache, cookies, history, and passwords. If you need assistance, please see the following article: How to Clear Your Browser Cache.
